Our services are available to anyone of any age. Online payment services may only be available to persons over the age of 18 years because a credit or debit card is required.

User ID
You will be assigned a User ID when signing up to the GameSwappers system. You are responsible for all actions taken under that User ID. It is your responsibility to keep your password for this User ID safe. You have no right to disclose or transfer your User ID to any other person.

GameSwappers is only a venue
GameSwappers acts as a venue which allows registered users to offer computer games to other members, at any time, from anywhere in the UK and USA. We do not review listings provided by users and we are not involved in transactions between traders. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, or the truth and accuracy of the listings. Users cannot assume that the offer or any item is valid and legal simply because it is listed on our website. GameSwappers are not responsible for ensuring that traders actually complete a transaction. This is applicable to any trade that is not completed fully. The registered user must accept sole responsibility for the legality of their actions under laws applying to the user.

Restricted items
Counterfeit games are STRICTLY forbidden and any users found trading counterfeit items will be removed from our service.

Identity verification
GameSwappers cannot and does not confirm the purported identity of users or the validity of the information which users post to our website. Our User ID feedback rating system will help you to evaluate the user with whom you are dealing., but should only be seen as a guide only.

Feedback
You must not take any actions that may undermine the integrity of the feedback system. If you earn a net feedback rating of -2, your right to use our services will be suspended, and you will be unable to trade. Feedback ratings are not designed for any purpose other than for facilitating trading between users, and you agree that you shall not market or export your GameSwappers feedback rating in any venue other than our website.

Release
In the event that you have any right, claim or action against any other user arising from that user's use of our website, you agree to pursue such right, claim or action independently of and without recourse to us, from all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, known and unknown, arising from or in any way connected with such right, claim or action.

Information Control
We do not control the information provided by other users which is made available through our system. You may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution, common sense, and practice safe trading when using our site. We do ask each member to inform other users of the age certificate their game has been given when uploading. However we cannot take responsibility for users actions.

Fees
Joining GameSwappers is free. To make a trade a credit will be debited from your account.

Access and Interference
You agree not to copy our website or the content without our prior written permission. You agree that you will not use or induce the use of any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of our website or any listing being conducted on our website. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes or may lead to an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our system, users or third parties. You agree that you will not and will not induce others to copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content (except for Your Information) from our website without the written permission of GameSwappers or the relevant user.

Breach
We may immediately issue a warning, suspend or terminate your user registration and refuse to provide our services to you without notice, if we feel you are not using the service as it is intended.
